Tooled Holster For An Old Friend
I surprised an old friend in AZ. with this holster for his Hi-Standard HD Military .22. No safety strap because I didn't have the gun here. But it sits deep. It's simple in design yet fancied up a little, but not too much. The tooling pattern was modified from my percussion Colt slim jim pattern. I made it from a trace of his gun pretty sure it would fit OK and it did. Here's a picture he sent (top).

I have one made for a Daisy BB pistol that looks something like that.
(Not as nice, though.)
Used to carry a Ruger Mark II .22 bull barrel, five-inch target pistol as well.
