Snubbyfan Delivers - New Holster
About 5 or 6 weeks back, someone posted a picture of a gun and holster. I was bitten when I saw the holster. I just loved it. The poster kindly advised me that Snubbyfan, a member here, had made the holster.
Long story / short, I made contact with Snubbyfan (Wayne) and asked him to make me a similar holster for my new Charter Arms Pitbull .45acp 2 1/2" Snub, for which there are no holster made, by anyone, that's none/zero! After discussing a few details, measurements. etc. The work began, and several weeks later, wallah! An amazing holster, extremely well made, from scratch, and tough as nails!
In the next few weeks, I'll be talking with Wayne about a new holster, for my new Springfield 1911 .45acp Operator Champion 4" Commander.

Nice outfit. How do you like the Pitbull? I have a 53810 On Duty I sometimes carry in a pocket holster for BU/reload for my belt gun. Light and shoots well. Had it since 2012, good gun.

I like the Pitbull a lot. It's very reliable, only 23oz empty, a nice smooth DA trigger pull. Recoil, is stout, but manageable with 230gn loads, 185gn loads are very manageable!

Glad ya like it Johnny.
All the pictures and dimensions you sent really helped with designing it.
Hope I didn't bore you too much with all the video updates.

No Wayne, you didn't bore me in the slightest, it was an amazing learning lesson, to see how much skill and work it takes to built a holster from scratch.
For those who don't know, if Snubbyfan makes a holster for you, he sends you a number of videos, as the build starts and progresses, until it's complete. A truly interesting experience.
