Smile HOLSTER DESIGN

Crazypill holster posts have me thinking of a CCW holster design similar to a pancake style with the exception that the belt loops and belt is on the outside of the holster/weapon. This would pull the weapon snug and secure against the body.
Has anyone ever manufactured a holster such as this design ?

Not sure but some of the belt loops on the pancake holsters were made so that you could thread your belt through either way.

Hi:
I have attempted to thread the belt on the outside of my Lobo pancakes, but the ends of the belt loops stick outward.
I wonder if a tunnel type belt loop on the outside of the holster would work ?
