S&W 52 holster
Looking for a good quality leather belt holster for a model 52.
I would prefer a older Bianchi thumb strap holster in brown.
Suggestions ?
Thanks, Dennis

Check our El Paso leather for their Tom Threeperson holster. Very cool.

Look for a holster that fits a 645 and/or 4506. Should work for the 52 also.

52 Holster?
Are you intending to conceal carry a Model 52?

A model 39 holster should work. Also, it should fit snugly, if not perfectly in a 1911 holster.

In my 56 years of guns and shooting this is the first time I ever heard of someone wanting to carry a Model 52 in a holster for personal protection.
I like 148gr HBWC in a carry revolver so this should work fine.
The wear and tear on a great expensive target pistol will surely cause some head scratching

Not looking to conceal carry or pack for protection.
39 holsters are for 4" barrels, the 52 is a 5" barrel. And a 1911 holster is way too tight.
Thanks, Dennis

I think the OP stated he wasn't intending to carry his M-52 for CCW or protection. My old M-52 isn't going to win any beauty contests, and it ought to make just as good a belt carried plinker as any of my rimfire semi-autos. Actually sounds like a good ides. I might just have to bend some leather and find out.

SST?
One maybe:
Old style Safariland SST sight track for a 1911 and then cut about 1 stitch length from the welt to allow for the longer reach trigger guard.
Clearing the rear sight will be close; might also require trimming.
