Default Need help finding Shied kydex owb mag holder

As the title says, I'm looking for a kydex M&P Shield magazine holder to carry outside the waistband (OWB), but I want it to use a belt clip for easy on/off so that I don't have to thread my belt through it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Edit: I was going to post this in the M&P Pistols section, but I guess this qualifies more so under gun leather and carry gear.

Check Overwatch Holsters. I had one of their clip magazine holders for a Shield and it was quality.

Stopped carrying the Shield so sold it and one of their IWB holsters to a co-worker.

I know he used to be a member here but not sure he still is.

PJ Holster can make you one of those. I have their IWB holster for my Shield and love it. I think I am going to order one of these myself!

There's a place here in Texas called Kytex that I order all my mag carriers. Small company, inexpensive, heavy black kydex that clips over the belt. It's not fancy, it's functional. I won't use any other. Check them out.

Do you use a 1.5" belt or 1.75"? I run a 1.5" and just wondering if there's a lot of "slop" when you pull up on the mag as the whole clip seems like it might move up that .25" before releasing the mag.

I usually wear 13/4 belt. But I have used my kytex pouches on a 1 1/2 belt with no issues.

Default DeSantis Mag Pouch

I had a mag pouch by DeSantis for my CS45 which also fits the 9 Shield and should fit the M&P. It's leather, has BOTH belt slots 1 1/4 inch, and and EZ on and off snap. It has an adjustable tension screw. To increase the tightness factor, I opened-up the screw and added small flap of rubber from a bicycle inner tube and it works just fine. My model was A48JJ but the new model is A48BALLZ0. Black or Brown color. $ 23.00.
