Those photos are hard to see. Could you brighten them just a little?

JayPee, Bucheimer, S&W, and probably others all made virtually identical holsters for small and medium revolvers.
Could be any of them if the maker stamp has worn off, or some other company who put out the same style.

Looks exactly like a Brauer Bros. that I have except mine does not have
the snap strap. As JayCeeNC said a lot of others made virtually the same
style holster. I have seen them by Hunter, Bucheimer, Brauer, JayPee,
and probably others. Could we see a picture of the back?

Go to the Bucheimer fit chart right under your thread. Scroll down to
the pictures in the catalog. Compare to the Bucheimer Combat Model 13A.
Looks like it might be the one.

Pretty sure that is a Bucheimer. They called it a semi-shoulder holster.
That horseshoe on the back was where a snap-on affair was attached
that raised the holster to a higher ride above the belt. Someone has
removed that higher ride feature. My Brauer is the same. I removed the
high ride semi-shoulder holster feature and discarded it. There is one
like yours on ebay now: Vintage Bucheimer Black Leather Semi-Shoulder
Right Revolver OWB holster VGC. They are asking 45.
