Non formed holsters
If someone could direct me to posts/sources for snub holsters that are NOT formed to the revolver it would be much appreciated.
A search was not of much use.
Tnks in advance to anyone who can help

Classic holsters from El Paso Saddlery are not formed.
Classic Carry Holsters
If you are looking for a concealment holster, El Paso might be able to oblige, Ryan Grizzle and probably others as well.

non-formed holsters
I really like Barsony for a nice, economic, very well made holster. They have a good web-site

You can find holsters like this Buckheimer on Ebay at very reasonable prices. I really like this style.

Give Rob Leahy at Simply Rugged a try. That's where I'm going for my next one.

Try the "policeholsters" store on EBay. They have a lot of Don Hume seconds at fire sale prices.
I am not associated with them in any way except they keep getting money from me.

Just so you know, there are still plenty of the old (new - old stock) style "pouch holsters" found in LGS bargain bins for $5 bucks.
Please be aware that other than nostalgic reasons the old pouch type holsters have much better counter parts now with the boned and fitted holsters. Don't get me wrong - I too am a sucker for nostalgia (great for BBQ rigs) however the new holsters are far superior in the real world of CCW.
