Holsters for 3" J-frame?
What do you carry your 3" J-frames in? I'd love to see examples of everyday and concealed carry holsters for the 3" guns.

used to carry mine in it vm2, it rode too high for my taste.
Just had grizzle holster make me a iwb without a reinforced mouth for my 3" j frame and 2.125". They ride deeper. I'm loving them.

I have a Lobo IWB with the off-set belt clip. I am not fond of IWB holsters, but this is an exception. I like it.
Here are two Safarilands (16 & 17) and a Bianchi 6 IWB.
My one LH holster for a 3" J frame, a Cobra. I carry my S&W 650 in this when I fish.
I traded off this Bianchi 124 cross draw but it was good for hiking. It also fit my Walther PP.
OP, the best BBQ I ever ate in my life came from Wilson, NC. My mom was from Rocky Mount, we would go back to visit her family and always visit Wilson for BBQ.

Here is my left-hand Kramer MSP paddle holster in horsehide. Don't really use it but it's a awesome holster. The Milt sparks and the grizzle holsters I posted earlier i think are the best options for a busy life style. The wide spread belt loops keep it from moving.

Bianchi still makes the 5BHL for a 3" j frame, a good field holster. This past weekend I just missed a Bianchi model 7 pancake (no longer made) for the 3" J frame on EBay. Have a look at the Tom Threepersons from Lobo or El Paso Saddlery for another good field rig.

Bianchi 5BHL won't accept a full-lug bbl., unless they've changed it. My El Paso Models 2 and Threepersons do fit the M-60-4 that I specified on ordering.

The two I have are a Kramer for my 60-3 that I had made a couple of years ago, and an old DeSantis pancake that I reformed for my 60-4 back in '91 or '92 before anyone made a holster for them. It was my canoeing gun for many years, with the original uncle mikes grips.

I know old thread but
my Tex Shoemaker plain tan FBI cant owb thumb-break is marked 3TB and fits both 3" 60-10's full lug and rear sight assembly just fine.
FWIW I thought this ONE was THE ONE until I found out there may be transitionals out there with forged triggers.

My 60-15 rides in a Milt Sparks VMII.
Extremely comfortable for EDC....have it on today, in fact...

I, as the OP, posted this thread over a year ago. Since that time I've stepped up my leatherworking hobby and now make holsters myself. I will soon be posting some up for sale here on the forum.
