Avenger holster for L or N frame snubby?
I've always used pancake holsters until one day I picked up an avenger style holster for my sig p6, and ended up loving the configuration.
It got me to thinking that i would like to try one out for my 657 PC with the 2 5/8" barrel. I am worried the heavy gun may flop around a bit though, has anyone else tried to carry an L or N frame? What were your experiences with the rig?

Several year ago I had Black Hills Leather make one for me to fit a 586 L-Comp. Worked great, didn't have any issues with it, the gun stayed tight to my side and stable. I wore it for court and occasionally plainclothes/off duty. It was based on their BH4T holster - 404 Not Found 1

I had Sparks build me one of their PMK models - for a 4" M625-3. Worked great!
Very secure, conceals well (butt does not print), & presents from concealment - w/ a minimum of drama.

I like the rig, but I really like the grips, on your L-Comp! Can you provide any further info?

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, I just saw your post.
That's an old set of Mustang brand zebrawood grips. I've had them for a while, surprisingly, I've even got the original box they came in.

No problem. Are they still in business? Couldn't seem to find them on line...
