I found this holster made by S.D. Myres for a small frame auto
.25 caliber Browning.

The old prewar SD Myres stuff is beautiful! I have my grandfather's SD Myres rig from when he was a county sheriff in west Texas in the '40s.

That looks to me like it could possibly be for a short barrel revolver. Have you tried a two inch I or J frame - or maybe even a two inch M&P?
