Default A couple of bringbacks from the OGCA

I was set up at the OGCA this past weekend and I found a couple of very nice holsters. They were both Heiser's and both for non S&W guns. But that's alright,I have other makes also. The first was a Heiser 711"basket weave." I don't have a Heiser like this so I jumped on it. It's for a 71/2" SAA. It has a beautiful russet color and deep re-curve. It's in wonderful condition and I think it looks pretty good with a Colt stuffed in it. The second holster was a very nice pre war Heiser 721,carved and laced with a great patina. The end of the button strap is marked "VL&A Chicago. I've got several holsters marked VL&A but i've never seen one marked at the end of the strap. It's marked for a High Standard 6 3/4" which I happen to have (pre war ) so I purchased that one also. It was a very nice weekend.

Very nice! I was at the show and bought a couple of guns. Springfield m1922 22lr trainer and a 44 hand ejector 1st model triple lock. Sold one as well, low attendance I think but still a decent show.
