Suggest that you make contact via the website e-mail link. I'm sure that Mark or Matt will call you when they have a few minutes to respond to your questions.

Mark is very good about generating a phone call in return to a question. Do understand that they are still a small shop and are very busy.

YEP! I actually got a return call AFTER I would have suspected that they would be closed.....just went to look and it was at 5:44PM on a Friday night. Imagine that.

Hmmm... I followed their instructions on the site of sending an initial email last Wednesday or Thursday and have yet to hear back from anyone.

I got a pm from Lobo today apologizing for the lack of reply. I do understand sometimes things are missed. It just always happens to me! LOL

I would point out a couple of things about telephone consultations:
During my years running the business it was primarily a one-man shop (although I did have part-time help for a few years). I regularly received between 30 and 60 e-mails every day, which I tried very hard to respond to each one the same day, and that took a few hours every day to do. If I had advertised my phone number, and if half of those folks chose to call me rather than send an e-mail, I would have spent several hours on the phone every day, which would have taken away from time at the work bench completing orders.
E-mail may not be absolute; sometimes messages are lost or inadvertently deleted, sometimes other demands on our time force us to leave a message or two for tomorrow, or even the next day. But for the small business operator e-mail communication allows production to continue and communications to take place during "down time" when it can be done without interfering with everything else that needs to be done.
The Fedders family now has several people involved in the operation of Lobo Gun Leather, so there has been some improvement. But not everyone is able to set aside what they are doing at any given time to pick up the phone and respond to detailed questions or inquiries. A brief e-mail from the customer allows them to consider the question and reply (by e-mail or by phone) without undue delay or unnecessary interruption of business operations.
Best regards, from the old retired guy.

I'm pretty close to getting the old thing covered, still aspiring to get to the retired part. lol
On topic: I've been more than satisfied emailing Lobo. I sent an email late in the day and Alethea responded to me the same evening when I didn't expect an answer until the next day. She'd been very helpful.
