Recently I acquired a J-frame Model 60 Pro .357 magnum with a 3" barrel and adjustable rear sight. It is a fine handgun, I might add. I do a lot of hiking in the back country and am looking for a leather holster, OWB for open carry on the belt. A chest holster or shoulder holster isn't appropriate because it interfers with my pack straps and hydrating tube. I would prefer something with a thumb break or retaining strap, not one of those little hammer thongs. To keep from getting hung up in sage or other brush, a covered trigger guard would be a bonus.

I have an inexpensive fabric Uncle Mike's now that I have been using with a J-Frame Model 63, but it is getting frayed and I'd like something in leather and more durable.

Any suggestions or feedback would be welcomed.

Take a look at the Bianchi 5BHL, works for me with a 60-10.
