Default Mystery Smith and Wesson holster?

Buddy found a Smith and Wesson holster by Bianchi and brought it to me. It has no indication of what models it fits. It has S1306 and #34 on the back. My 3inch 686+ fits in it with only an inch extra room for the barrel, but it is not made for a full underlug 4 inch barrel. I will attach pics soon as I can get them from phone to tablet. Any idea what models it was made for?

I have a Bianchi 5BHL for a 4" K frame S&W, that I use for my Colt Trooper MKIII. I would say that your holster is for a 4" K frame.

Looks like a Model 7 "Shadow" that was slightly modified in that the trigger guard is covered.
