Default L. D. Turner, Maker

Some here may recall the photos I shared of the first L.D. Turner holster, for a 4" K-frame, I found a few years ago:

I happened to find another recently, for a 2" K-frame, and decided this maker deserves his own thread as he was clearly no slouch regarding leather work:

This one has a tell-tale trigger guard override crease where someone carried or stored a gun too large for the holster in it but is in otherwise great shape like the first one I found. I've still not been able to find out much about this maker, unfortunately. Does anyone else have a holster made by L. D. Turner of Chattanooga, TN?

That's a new one for me (the maker). Thanks for showing
them. Very well made.

Another for a 4" K-frame, this one is more a police-style holster.

Thumbs up

Another one, this one's for an N-frame:

Strangely, while the holster body is in excellent near-new shape, it appears to have been re-stitched, or originally stitched rather poorly (see backside bottom), and the strap is nearly split at the hammer. This one will need some work to bring it back to life.
