OP, take a look at the offerings of Galls or Quartermaster Uniforms (qmuniforms.com). Both offer equipment for police work and last time I looked, both carried synthetic holsters of the type shown above. I particularly remember the Bianchi Accumold type in the QM catalog that I used to get. Both are long time vendors worthy of your trust.

EDITED

Being a vegan certainly doesn't preclude one from being interested in owning firearms, and therefore asking questions such as this one. Having a broader spectrum of people interested in the hobby/sport is a great thing IMO.

The OP seems to know enough about the model he is wanting a holster for, and seems to have done some homework before asking his question. I don't see the desire for a holster that is not derived from animal products as being an odd question at all.

I am not of the vegan philosophy since I also believe animals were created for our wise and humane use. But we're all free to believe and live as we choose, as long as we don't try to force our beliefs on others.

I'll have a steak and buy a leather holster - you have your veggie burger and a faux leather holster and we can both be happy.

Be hard to separate them out. My family owned and operated a rendering plant in conjunction with their packing plants from the 30's until the 70's. Lots of those cows died after being shot in the forehead with a .22 bang stick . . .

It might be just me, but if I was against using animal byproducts for purposes. I would be against using faux because that is still condoning the use of byproducts. I don't use bonded ivory because of sentimental/ethical reasons, I use it because it is affordable, and available.

If you have a really good looking faux leather, people will still think a cow died.

Not if it's concealed!

Only those who the OP wants to see it ever will, at that point an explanation can be given, and everybody should be happy.

And God forbid, it ever needs to be used against a miscreant, I doubt that he'll have any concern about the holster!

I can't help what people will think, and I can't appease everyone. Be your own person . . .

If it is concealed kydex works as well, or better then leather with most CCW firearms.

Reviving a dead thread to shine some light on a product called Holstex Raptor. Google it, prettt cool stuff. It's a thermoplastic like Kydex with the "leather grain" texture that's so classic and aesthetically pleasing. I had an OWB pancake made by a guy here in UT with black Raptor as the front panel and a plain black Kydex backer. Really happy with the result. Pics to come.

I just noticed on ebay there is a Smith & Wesson S&W 19-63 Pleather
holster J Frame Revolver w/3" barrel. Maybe Wessonhide didn't go over
well so they changed the name to "Pleather"??? It looks the same as
Wessonhide.

Are not all the synthetic holster materials petroleum based? Are the products of long dead dinosaurs somehow not animal based? Gasoline is not vegan.

Pleather is a common term for fake leather...pleather jackets, pleather shoes, etc. It's been around for several years. I think it refers to a specific maker, but I'm not sure.
