South of the border bbq
Bought this piteado holster at a saddle shop in Tepatitlan de Moreles, Jalisco in late June. Fits my 44 HE 2nd model 6.5" really nicely.

Very Nice!! We don't often see them here in the States, but I am very impressed with the meticulous and artistic appearance of this style of gun leather. Thanks for sharing. I'll bet an online shop catering to this style of holster and accessories would do well.
Best Regards, Les

All you need is to strap that holster on, throw that blanket over your shoulder, put on a sombrero and practice this:

Mescal and I never got along...likewise, Jose and I are no longer amigos. If he is the supplier, then I ask for Corona or Dos Equis. If it is coming out of my stash, then it has to be 1800 Anejo

Very nice. Curious how many pesos/dollars you paid for it?

Very nice! There are a few members on here that have posted that type holster before. There seems to be a lot of craftsmanship involved in making them.

357-RevolverGuy,
I would have to dig up the receipts, but the exchange rate is very favorable to us. I bought the holster and two piteado belts, one black and one same color as the holster of course.
boykinlp,
The holster and belts I bought are hand made. They are very labor intensive and a little village in Jalisco is famous for their piteado work. When I get a chance I will add photos of the belts.
Glad everyone likes them!
