Good Hunting Belt Holster for 629-6
Howdy brothers!
I recently acquired a new tack driving 629-6 and I want to hunt hogs with it. What are your suggestions for a belt holster that is comfortable on long hikes and good for a quick unencumbered draw?
Thanks for your thoughts!

Congrats on your 629-6 Hog Hammer. What makes anything "worth it" is certainly in the eye and wallet of he who pays for it. There's a lot of good choices out there for a hunting/field belt rig. Personally I like El Paso Saddlery Company . Don't underestimate the importance of the belt. It's the foundation of a field rig. Start with a top quality belt, add a good holster, and your Hog Hammer will carry Easy. Happy Shopping and Happy Hogging.

I would look at Sparks 200AW shown below on left with my Model 29.
If you don't want to wait for a custom job I would look at the DeSantis
Speed Scabbard, on the right.

Simply Rugged. I like the Sourdough, and also the 120. Sourdough provides better overall protection for the gun.
