Does anyone recognize this leather holster makers mark? Thank you

The mark does resemble a miniature or reduced size livestock brand. In Texas back in the day some saddle makers were also cowboys. The successful one became ranchers. In some instances the evolution was reversed whereby successful leather craftsmen became ranchers. Hence the ranch brand would also be used as the makers mark. The most well known might be The King Ranch in South Texas with "w". hardcase60.

That would explain the size.
