Old or classic Holster Question?
I enjoy looking at the various older or classic holsters shown in this area of the forum.
Are there any of these holsters made or found for left handed people?

Oh yeah! there are a lot of LH holsters out there. Check ebay....there was a really neat N frame 3.5" carved floral rig by Myres listed.

Actually, sometimes old style lefty holsters are easier to get and way cheaper than right handed versions. This is because while most popular models were made in left handed versions most people sought the right handed ones and the lefties that never sold were dumped into the $5 dollar Bargain boxes at the LGS's.
I love some of the old vintage holsters and have a closet full. Once in a blue moon I'll strap one on for a nostalgic trip to the Range but then I rapidly remember why they are now obsolete. Holster design has come a looooong way over the last 10 - 15 years and while the vintage classics are cool & nostalgic, they play second fiddle to the really good modern ones.
Check your LGS's (bargain box), ebay, gun shows and retired LEO's selling stuff.

Chief38 is right, left hand holsters are frequently less expensive and are passed over by the vast majority of right handers.
If I need/want an example to fill a hole in my collection a lefty is as good as a right hander.

I had a couple of left handed holsters and gave them away here on the
forum a while back. Then replaced them with right handed holsters by
the same makers. I agree with what has been said. You will find lower
prices for the southpaw holsters because odds of selling one is 10 times
less than a right handed one.

Contact El Paso Saddlery, El Paso Saddlery – Custom Leather Holsters & More for traditional styles. They'll make you a left-handed one.

Readers won't realise how early this Myres is, John. More info please :-)
Myres got its harness stitcher in 1919 (and it may have burned down his Sweetwater factory: both 'arrived' in May) and Heiser got theirs, it seems, in 1906. These bits of info have caused me to look at Heiser's belts, for example, very differently (any with machine stitching must be 20th century). Certainly it has long been a way to guesstimate an early saddle: the skirts have no perimeter stitching -- too much for handwork.
