B H Dyas & Co holster
I just acquired a flap holster marked B H Dyas & Co on the belt loop on the rear. From what I've found out this company was a large purveyor of fishing tackle and firearms related items on the West Coast up into the 1930s. The holster is a suitable size for a vintage Colt Woodsman. Anyone else have more information?

Heiser made holsters for Dyas and I suspect other makers did as well. Is there a model number on the holster or any letters on the snap ?

I'm almost certain 436 is a Heiser number.

db is right, Heiser model 436 was a flap holster made for auto pistols. Your holster was made by Heiser for B.H. Dyas.
