Default WHO MADE IT?
I posted this one a while back but have yet to find out who the
maker was. The seller had several of them on ebay. He said
they came from a gun shop in N. California that was closing.

PS If you can't make out the writing on the back it says:
PH21
GENUINE
HANDTOOLED
LEATHER

I have its twin...got it off Ebay- $10.00 No makers mark on mine.
