Default Scoped handgun holster

I’m picking up a 8 3/8” Model 629 on Friday with a Leupold scope on it.

Do any of you use a holster with a large scoped revolver, and how do you like it? What brand/model is it?

Diamond D Holsters gets my vote - based on using them for years with 100% satisfaction.

Here's an older thread on the same topic.
Let see some X-Frame holsters!

The Bianchi HUSH, which they still make, is a bandolier style that works a treat. I used one when hunting with Dick Metcalf of Shooting Times, and it being made of padded ballistic nylon, and equipped with the removable flap, I was able to even crawl when necessary. Scoped Ruger Redhawks as I recall. Carries across the chest and accommodates the scope handily.

Was able to pick up a new Bianchi HuSH unit and a new flap for it also.

Will check out Diamond D as well...

Thank you for the suggestionS!

I have a scoped 8 3/8" Model 657

When I bought it 23 years ago, it was already scoped and came with the holster.

Wish I had a picture with the rig. It is all several hundred miles from me and I have not had it out in quite a few years

I am pretty sure the holster was Bianchi. The model X2000 sticks in my mind. I might be there Saturday morning. If I remember, I will bring it back home.
