Is Brigade Leather still in business

All,

Does anyone here know if Brigade Leather is still operating? In August, 2017, I exchanged emails with Troy and he apologized for the extra long delay but indicated that he had been having some serious health issues. He said at that time that he thought he would have my holsters out by late 2017.

Does anyone know if he is ok, or if he is still in business? I have tried several emails and phone calls, but I am not getting any response.

I placed an order with him in late 2016 for a holster for a hard to fit pistol, knowing that he had a long lead time, but now I am beginning to wonder if he is ok.

Members there are rabid Sparks fans so likely won't give you unbiased feedback about any other maker (ask me how I know).

I'll try over there. I've asked on a couple of other boards too, but so far no responses. I would like to finally get the holsters I ordered, but more importantly, I hope Troy is ok. Very strange to get absolutely no response to either emails, or voicemails. Web site is still up and looking normal. Strange.

Thanks again for the tip. Sure enough on the 1911 forum someone had asked the same question last month. Looks like Troy Harp is a member of that forum and he responded to the original query on 01/18/2018. He is much delayed because of some serious family health issues, but he is still in business.

BTW, I was surprised that all of the comments about Troy and Brigade Leather were actually positive. Always a good sign.
