Have purchased 3 FoxX holsters over the past 5 years.
The last purchase was about a year ago for a small of the back IWB holster for a Shield 45.

The first two holsters are still in use and showing no signs of
problems. The last one for the Shield developed a crack along the trigger guard..

To make a short story longer...I returned the holster, they received it Yesterday (3/14).....Today I received an email from them notifying me the holster has been replaced and is being shipped today (3/15)...gave me the usps tracking number....

That's what I call exemplary service above and beyond what would be expected by anyone.......Kudo's to FoxX Holsters and their staff....
