Default Lawrence holster info/value please.

I acquired this one in a package deal. I believe it's for a Colt.32 auto. Just curious about the age and value.

Turnerriver is our Lawrence expert; but is indisposed we are told. He has led me to understand that this is the pre-war mark; and we know that the earliest Lawrence holster catalogues are late 1930s; it's stitched, it's styling is consistent with: early 20th century.

The snap fastener will tell us even more. If it's a glove fastener type (male is a little nipple vs what we're all accustomed to today) likely before 1930. The cap of this style (the 'button' on the outside of the strap) and the Dot style are about the same size so I can't tell from your image.

The Colt .32 auto came out quite early in the 20th century. Maybe as
early as 1903. The holster could have been made any time after that
little Browning design hit the market.

I think 'very early 20th century' or 'by 1930' is as good as we can get. Here's a pic of that very style, from 1931:

audley 1931 (2).jpg

I collected the image, for the Audley(s) on it; so though the pic is labelled 'Audley' it's unlikely to be his.
