Rossleather.com
Anyone have any idea what happened to the Ross Leather web site? It seems to have disappeared from the interwebs.....

They make (or made) a great crossdraw holster for driving. I had one
that I gave away with my Glock, and still have this one.

Last contact I had with Ross leather they were having their holsters made
in South Africa. Their address was Ross Leather PO Box 2490 Indian Trail
N.C. 28079, Phone 704-821-4679, web address [url=http://www.gunaccessories.com]
I tried that web address and AZULA holsters came up. Maybe they
changed their name? I bought an Azula holster a while back and just
looked up the information. Their phone number was the same as Ross
that I listed above. Their address is still on Indian Trail, but PO box is
different. [email protected] Maybe they can tell you what
you want to know about Ross Leather?

Post a PM to Stirling or to PJGP, if I have Peter's initials right. They live in South Africa. One's in Cape Town; don't know about the other. If Ross is active there or has closed down, they may know. If you post openly, Stirling is more likely to be in The Lounge than here.
I've seen just one Ross holster on the Net, a type much like the Bianchi Model 19, for a CZ-75. The member who owns it said he bought it in Vienna, years ago.
It seems logical they'd make a holster like you pictured, as carjackings are so common there. You may know that Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, as Miss South Africa (now Miss Universe) was carjacked. She hit one thug in the throat and ran until another female driver let her in her car. She now teaches self defense to women as part of her activities as Miss Universe. See her videos on YouTube. She's an amazing woman, very bright. An Afrikaaner, but has excellent English as well as her first language, which is based on Dutch. (The Dutch were the first whites to settle in South Africa. They founded Cape Town in 1652. It's called Kaap Stad in Afrikaans.)
Ken Null also makes a special holster for drivers, which he said has been used by RCMP protective details. I guess he's still in business. I haven't seen his catalog in ages. I think that holster was Model VAM. Going from memory... Good luck finding what you want.

That's not their work either. Must have been a different company.

I've made a call to Ross Gunleather and they are in the process of negotiating with a new distributor in the US. You can contact Lindsay on [email protected] for more information and assistance.

So, are they the one in Fish Hoek, north of Cape Town?
Thanks to Stirling for his help.

Just checked the justholsterit.com web site. They are currently only carrying two models of the Ross Holster line, and not the M9 I am looking for.
