Looking for Victory Holster
Hello Everyone ,
I own a very nice DSC revolver (marked AOP for Arkansas Ordnance Plant) and would like an appropriate holster for it , an original , not repro. If anyone can steer me in the right direction I would appreciate it. (Just missed one on Gunbroker last night , dang it!)

You might try placing an ad in the Want To Buy section of the forum’s Classifieds.
A likely holster for a plant guard might be an Audley safety holster or a copy like these.

It's unclear as to exactly what you want. There are also shoulder holsters.

I got the correct US military flap holster on EBAY about a year ago. It didn't cost all that much. Well under a C note if I remember correctly.

I checked with the forum’s acknowledged Victory expert, a civilian law enforcement type holster would be correct for this revolver as opposed to a military issue holster.

I agree, FWIW. A military holster would not be correct for a DSC gun.

That's what I figured. The holster I missed getting on Gunbroker was , in fact , a military type one , brown leather w/ full flap , large US prominent on the front.
While mot historically correct for a DNC revolver , that is what I wish to have. That , or a shoulder rig... Some means of holstering at the range , and appealing to my eye.
