Thompson goes back to about 1970 or so. Swivels were made by turning them down from solid brass of the head's diameter, then the barrel through all the parts including a washer on the backside of the belt loop, then hammered down. Typically that was 1/4" diameter shaft. Of that style they can't be removed and re-used from another holster. Each maker had their own made locally so -- it would take a miracle for you to find a swivel already made. Here's a thought though: Alfonso's of Hollywood used them to hold their fastdraw holsters to the gunbelt (but as rivets not as swivels), and they are still in business (last time I checked). Find them on the web and ask :-).
