If know holsters, you have probably heard of JM Custom Kydex, maker of excellent quality kydex holsters.

He makes great K frame holsters but doesn't currently have a mold to make L frame holsters. On another forum we are collecting a list of name of people would who would commit to buy one, likely for a 3" 686.

He needs 10 people to commit.

He's already got 8 so he only needs a few more people to commit before agreeing to buy the mold.

Why would you put a fine revolver in a plastic holster?

I got leather holsters covered, they are easy to find. Kydex for 686+ holsters is tricky to find. I have some of his K frame holsters and they are outstanding, his K frame AIWB is the most comfortable holster I own. Appendix is my favorite carry method and there are very few leather appendix options available. Kydex is great for sweat, rain, and can be molded very thinly for an optimal and minimalistic fit.

I have Bladetech Kydex holsters for my 3” N and 2.5” K frames.

i can make you one. made one for my 686+, and have been razzed for it since... i have a 2.5, and a 4" in my collection.
