Default HELP ID a vintage jock strap holster - hand carved floral pattern

Hello,

I recently acquired a vintage jockstrap holster. There is a stamp on the back that reads "By Joe Quinlin" / "Hand Carved" / "By Joe Quinlin"

Anyone know of this maker? ... or perhaps which company he may have worked for?

It came from an East Coast estate.

I'm guessing the age to be anywhere from the 1880s to the 1920s.
