If you are not up to giving that leather a work out, you could pass it along to me to keep a Redhawk safe and happy.

A few years ago i bought this Alfonso rig off ebay. Actor/Musician, and brother of Rambo Frank Stallone was selling it. He's the guy Val Kilmer knifes at the poker table at the beginning of "Tombstone". Alfonso Pineda carved this magnificent rig himself. I since sold it to a right hander. I don't know if he commisioned it or if it was a gift. I assumed it was for a colt SAA but actually fit a Ruger frame better.

An outstanding result of expert art and craftsmanship. I don't believe that it can get any better than that. Pineda at his best!

Lee,
That is a great setup. The leather looks like a perfect match for the 586. The shine on that 586 is blinding and the grips have fantastic grain.

My friend who’s in his 80s was great friends with Alfonso. He went to Mexico many times with him though I think he said Alfonso was from South America. Alfonso didn’t know English at first here and the misspelling on the gunbelt I posted was a hint that rig was carved by him but my friend thought so anyway.
