Default Pancake - Kramer or Lobo

Over the years I have used both Kramer and Lobopamcake holsters. The Kramer examples are for semi autos and the Lobo for revolvers. I’m contemplating a new holster for a 3” K frame and am leaning toward the Kramer. Could some of you who use the Kramer for revolvers comment on your experience with em. If you have used both makers for revolvers, a comparison of pros and cons between the two would be nice. If you would recommend one maker over the other for revolvers, which one and why. Thanks and stay safe.

I have and use both manufacturers about even.

Will you be using horsehide or cowhide?

If horsehide, Kramer dominates that market. Lobo's are less money and do a great job for me.

You cannot go wrong with either, just know Kramers wait time is a little longer than Lobo.

I have experience only with Lobo. Good product, decent price, decent delivery time.

I bought a couple of Lobo Gunleather holsters back when Ray ran the
company. Haven't had the pleasure of dealing with the present owners
yet. Here, on the left, is a Lobo that Ray made. It's a Threepersons
style with dog ear. Shown with my Model 19.

2nd from left is my Kramer Vertical (horsehide), on a Sparks gunbelt.
Shown with my Model 29.

Both Lobo and Kramer make top quality holsters. You can't go
too far wrong with either.
