My Model 19 has quite a high front sight, Patridge with McGivern gold bead,
and this Ranger Model with dog ear that Doc Barranti made for me works
quite well.

Lobo is fine leather. I bought a few when Ray owned the company.

They still put out a great product. I've been looking for a 681 configured like yours for some time. Perfect carry piece IMO.

I really like Kramer horsehide scabbards! Not a cheap solution however.

Milt Sparks. 686+ PMK model fits my PC-681 7-shot perfectly.

Gunner's Alley in Cary is spitting distance from you and they carry Don Hume and MRT Custom holsters.
I'm believe the Hume H721 either open top or thumb snap holster OWB will work for you.

MRT is overpriced IMO.
I like Don Hume.
Murphs Custom Leather makes some good holsters without having to take out a loan. He’s at all the shows.

Think I’m going Don Hume. I have others and they are good quality.

Don Hume makes great stuff. I just preferred a 1.5" belt and they make 1.75" loops IIRC...
I've got a radio holder they made that I've used daily at work for over 20 years and it's still going strong...

I ordered the H721 thumb snap from the Hume website, 20% off, no tax, free shipping.
