A few favorites
I've been traveling and haven't had much Forum time lately. A couple more trips and I should be home for the winter, a great time to be in South Florida.
Here are a couple of my favorites from the collection.
A F.A. Meanea Colt auto holster, a great example of an Old West maker's holster for the Colt .45 auto.
This holster doesn't have a maker's name, it does have a handwritten Deputy Sheriff's name inside and I bought it from one of my favorite people, fellow SWCA member wordsmith.
My favorite A.H. Hardy holster.
It's a Myres, it fits a Colt New Service and I bought it from the Big Gorilla himself who only sold it because it wasn't made for a large frame Smith & Wesson.
regards,

Great holsters, John. I especially like the non-maker mark one. Take your time getting home, wait until the hurricane season is completely over.

To me it is interesting that the F A Meanea covers the trigger and guard. I thought most of the scabbards of that era left the trigger accessible?

I agree with him but can see why all those are favorites.
