I have a brown Bianchi 5BHL that I would like to dye black. Does anyone have experience with this? What products should I use, or avoid? What is the best method?

If it's just oiled it can be died black. I wouldn't do it if it's already dyed. And if it's oiled and not dyed but has some kind of protective finish, that has to be removed first. I'll see you today, LD, before you have a chance to read this and tell you in person if I remember. I might still have finish remover and I have black dye.

I have never dyed a holster but I have dyed boots, shoes, and leather jackets. It always worked just fine but sometimes it takes 3 or 4 coats.
