The flap holster appears to be for a Russian Nagant revolver.

The flap holster appears to be for the Soviet-era Nagant revolver.

The long holster is probably a custom rig made for a very long-barreled revolver (Colt SAA Buntline perhaps?), steep cross-draw design, machine stitching indicates a commercial shop, with the hand-lacing of the main seam indicating a reasonably skilled craftsman. Not a hacked-together amateur attempt; shows some thought and experience.
