This is the last of the 3 Sig 229's I bought back about 9 years ago.
It is a Sig P229 .40cal older model,non rail, bought in 1999 used, also comes with 3- 12 rd factory zipper back mags marked LEO, I bought them from CDNN the day after the ban was lifted.
It has about 4000 rounds shot through it but if you look at the pic of the riflings, you will see that they are still in excellent condition.
the rest of the gun has normal wear, nothing unusual, has a solid steel guide rod with a new stock recoil spring.
the grips are Hogue rubber and are worn but still lots of life left in them,
it has a Sig front night sight that still works and comes with a gray Sig box I picked up for it.
over all this is a very reliable gun and in VG condition that has never had a FTF or any malfunction.
I have arthritis in my thumb and middle finger and can no longer hold on to it comfortably so my loss is someone else's gain.
