I have a Magnum Research BFR in 500 Mag, it has be customized by Mag-na-port. I had the barrel cut down to 6 inches, 4 ports added for muzzle rise, muzzle recrowned, action job and trigger job. Reinstall the front sight and Mag-na-port engraved on the barrel. I have Hogue rubber finger grips as well as the original grips, I also have a custom set of Buffalo horn grips for the gun. I had the gun drilled and tapped for a Leupold scope mount, which is included. I have the original boxes and paperwork for gun.
$900.00 Shipped to your FFL, this is a great price for this gun with all the added custom work done. I also have Leupold rings and a Ultra-dot 1 inch tube installed on the gun, for thew right trade or price, I can leave the rings and sight with the gun. It is sighted in already and ready to hunt.
I have taken 2 black bear, a few hogs and deer with this gun. It shoots great with bullets from 275 gr. to 440 gr. I never seen a need to go over 440 gr. for any of the game I went after.
