I am in southeast Michigan and,though your post does read "northeast Ohio only", I am willing to get my pistol to you and yours to me. Depending on what city you live in and the proximity of your favorite dealer I would be willing to travel to you so that we may inspect the pistols face to face. If everything is satisfactory, I can legally transfer my pistol to your dealer, pay his fee for the transfer to you, and take your pistol with me as I am an FFL holder. If the distance is too great to warrant driving, I would be willing to pay for shipping and transfer of your pistol to my shop after shipping my pistol to your dealer. I will assume that your dealer will not gouge on the transfer fees or shipping costs so if this sounds feasible, let me know and we can talk further on the phone. Thanks.
