have come across this neat little Beretta. It would make a nice addition to someones collection. Except for the hidious elk horn grips it is stock. This is the what i could find out about it:
Scarce Nazi issue Beretta M.35 semi-auto pistol. This is one of the pistols issued to Italian-based German forces in 1944-45. Manufactured in 1944, as indicated by the markings on the left side of the slide. The slide also displays a caliber designation, "7.65". The back of the left side of the frame displays, "4UT" (in the oval).

Also adding a Sig P6. Has normal wear with two mags and holster. Comes in Sig blue box. Don't have pictures yet can get some if you want. It looks just like the rest and shoots well. Have shot around rounds of JHP thru it.

Just got bill for son's senior pictures. So I am lowering price to $225. Surely someone would like to have a nice little gunand a piece of history.

What would you rate the gun at condition wise?
It appears that there was some rust corrosion, and the gun was refinished over it, is that the case?
Is it import marked?

I don't believe that you will find any Model 1934's or 1935's with import markings as the marking requirement didn't begin until 1968.

Couldn't one have been imported after 1968?

Considering how long they had been out of production by 1968, it's pretty unlikely. Also, brand new postwar guns were already being imported in the early 1950's. I think that would have most likely put a damper on anyone wanting to import the wartime pieces.

I think we have officially sidetracked the thread somewhat.... oops and sorry, but I am still interested in the gun.

I have a K-31 made in 1942, a 1937 K98 Mauser, a mosin 91, mosin 44, hungarian m95 made in 1917, walther p38 etc etc all are import marked. I have even seen Garands and Victory models import marked.

I would rate it at 80% and yes it has been refinished. As far as condition these were well known to been rough finished from the factory. It has no import mark but has the marking for being issued to the Nazi forces in Italy in 1944. I looked it up on a couple of different websites and I do believe this is one that would have been used by the German forces.
