Here's a 1959 vintage four screw S&W model 29 (no dash) .44 magnum with 6 1/2" barrel in very nice refinished condition. Can't tell what the finish is, but it has the same appearance as parkerizing, Ionbond Black Diamond or Dave Severns' Hard Hat finish. The barrel has been ported with three small holes on each side of the front sight (see photo). Cylinder lock up and timing are good and the bore looks great with sharp lands and grooves. Serial number is S1934XX. The revolver does not appear to have been fired since the refinishing was done. If you are a four screw model 29 fan looking for a "shooter", this might fill the bill.
