Up for sale is Smith & Wesson, 4 Screw, Pre 29, 44 Magnum (S1735xx). It has a 6-1/2" barrel, comes with the original Presentation box and full set of tools. Screwdriver is not original or period correct. Firearm is unfired {after leaving the factory}, and in excellent condition, however there are a few very small handling marks and a slight turn line on the cylinder. I think the photographs say it all! Original coke bottle grips are some of the nicest I've seen and in perfect condition. Target hammer and trigger show beautiful case hardening colors. Serial number is S1735xx, which dates to 1956-57 according to the SCSW. Presentation case's liner is torn around the hammer, and top liner is not attached, exterior shows moderate wear for a 55 year old case. No restoration has been done to the presentation case.
