Got this from my retired LAPD buddy. He bought this new in 1979. Good condition model 49 5 shot. 38 Spl. J frame. Comes with the original box, paperwork, and custom Lewis holster he had made for it (no markings on holster). Some finish wear and minor dings. Tight lock-up and good timing. Has a nice shiney blue finish. It has had the single action notch removed to make it double action only (I've seen this on other LAPD guns). The serrated trigger has also been polished down to remove the serrations. Grips serial # to the gun.
