The pistol is in like new condition and unfired. It has the Apex spring kit and a metal M&P rear sight in place of the stock plastic part. The extra magazines were all purchased new but have been loaded. I still have the factory trigger parts and rear sight which will be included along with all packaging.

I am in the DFW area, but will ship at buyers expense.
