DOB 6/1987. I purchased 8/2011.
It came with ambi decocker (which I don’t need), so I did simple conversion to left side only – right side lever is included.
Looks like it was well cared for - example, the usual dings on back of slide from the ejector, etc. levers when reinstalling slide are minimal.
I always look there when I buy a Smith pistol - that always tells me how well previous owner(s) have cared for their pistols.
