Up for sale is a Colt Police Positive Special.
It is nickel plated, and as best as I can tell the nickel is original. There are some rust spots on one side of the barrel, and the nickel on both sides appears to have "pealed" a little bit up towards the muzzle.
The bore is perfect, and the action and lock-up are all tight. This is a good, shootable gun and I have shot it(and carefully cleaned it) on a number of occasions.
Wood grips are original.
I'm asking $300 FTF in Central KY or the Louisville area. I am also willing to ship-from my FFL to yours will likely be around $40, but can get an exact cost for any seriously interested party.
First "I'll take it" with follow-up PM gets it.
I also have a nice, vintage Heiser carved leather holster that came with this gun and fits it perfectly. I will sell the pair for $365 FTF. The holster should not add any to the cost of shipping.
