Just picked up the limited edition Remington 257 Roberts. NIB. They only made these as a limited edition in 2009. Research/google Remington 700 CDL SF .257 Roberts 2009 and you'll see how rare they are. I couldn't find a .257 on Gunbroker.
Comes with the engraved floorplate, fluted stainless barrel, satin walnut finish. I can't think of the word for the bolt. Marbled maybe?? Remington did a detailed write-up on this that pops right up when you google it.
I also bought a Hornaday two piece die set with 100 bullets that I'd sell for cheap to the buyer of the gun. I didn't realize it hadn't been fired until I got it home and really don't like the "Sophie's Choice" of buying some shells and popping this thing's cherry when it is probably worth way more NIB than LNIB. The old BB of Guns says its worth $1000 and that's what I'll ask. I have no idea what the new BB says its worth.
Buyer pays shipping and I'll throw in the bullets and dies for $50 which is a steal.
The Ruger is a m77 Mark II Varmint Target .243. Has the heavy barrel, beautiful walnut laminate target stock. Scope is a wide-angle 6-24x50. It's Tasco's top of the line, which is no Leupold, but is amazingly clear and zooms right in on your target. Has a high dollar bipod and leather on the inside shoulder strap. Can't remember the brands on these, but they are very nice.
Gun is immaculate. No box, but has been used very, very little.
$750 for all. Buyer pays shipping.
As per rules, first I'll take it followed by PM gets these. Thanks.
I still have an ak47 for sale described in detail below.
I have lots of pics I can send of any rifle and can take whatever pic someone wanted.
