This old gun has the look of being there and doing that. It comes with a factory letter substantiating nickel finish and 4 3/4" barrel. My gunsmith just worked on it, and it functions very well mechanically. Although I have not shot it, I would not hesitate to do so with appropriate ammo. Serial no 94xxx on butt, frame & trigger guard. Two line barrel address & "45 Colt" on side of barrel, both readable.
