The first gun is a S&W 1026. I purchased some time back from a retired VSP Trooper. He said he had only qualified with it. Looks new inside and out. He said after purchase that he sent it to S&W where they polished the slide to a mirror finish, lapped the rails, polished the barrel and feed ramp and tuned the trigger. I have put 50 rounds threw it and it and it runs like its on Steroids. Comes in #s matching box with both mags, unopened cleaning kit, owners manual, warranty card and LE holster instructions. Does not have magazine disconnect. I have verified the serial # TFD 36xx with Roy Jenks and he said it was special ordered for VSP.
The second gun is a Ruger GP100 that my brother bought new in May of 90. He said Ford Guns in Florida did all the metal work, smoothed all edges and polished the matte to a mirror finish. The gun looks amazing and there is not a machine mark on it. He also said Grant Cunningham did the trigger work. The single action is scary and breaks less than a pound. The double action is effortless and feels like its on ice. Has a Hogue Rosewood Grip and HI VIZ sights. Also comes with factory Ruger grip. The pistol has been safe kept and has had less than 400 rounds threw it mostly 38s.
Will trade 1026 for Arsenal SGL 21 NIB or LNIB.
Will trade Ruger for S&W Mountain Gun or 629 4 inch.
